Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items:

Used, opened, or partially used products.

Products without original packaging or tags.

Items marked as final sale or clearance.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hi@glowingbeauty.pk with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you return instructions for returning the item(s).

Refund Process:

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them for eligibility.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval of the return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different variant or product, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
